By using PROOF, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.
Service description
PROOF is a SEO and AEO scoring tool provided by Jazal Lab. The tool analyzes web pages and produces scoring reports, recommendations, and suggestions. PROOF is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
No warranty
PROOF is provided without warranty. The scoring is based on industry best practices and heuristics that approximate how search engines and AI answer engines evaluate content. PROOF cannot guarantee any specific search ranking, AI citation outcome, or business result. Use the recommendations as guidance, not as gospel.
Acceptable use
You may use PROOF to audit pages you own, pages you have permission to audit, or publicly accessible pages for research and competitive analysis. You must not use PROOF to violate copyright, scrape protected content, attack systems, or engage in any illegal activity.
Limitation of liability
Jazal Lab and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of PROOF. This includes but is not limited to lost rankings, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Third-party services
PROOF uses public CORS proxy services to fetch URLs. Those services have their own terms of service. PROOF is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.
Changes to terms
These terms may change. Updated terms will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of PROOF after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
